Do you sell locks?

Yes, for our portable (8 x 16) units, but you are welcome to use your own lock. No, for our traditional drive-up storage units we provide a cylinder lock. Cylinder locks provide higher security than traditional locks. They cannot be cut or drilled out.
Is my unit insured?

No, we do not insure stored items. In many cases a homeowners’ insurance policy may cover stored goods. We suggest that you check with your own insurance company.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?

No. We offer month-to-month rental agreements that automatically renew each month until you vacate. Rent for as long or as little as you want.
Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we have a lock/key security deposit. The lock/key security deposit is refundable provided the cylinder lock and key has been returned, the unit is empty in broom-clean condition, unit is not damaged, and proper notice has been given.
Can I get to my stored items any time?

Yes, you have access to your stored items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, if you are late with rent, unit access will be denied until rent is current.
